Hot Liquid – Looking For a Forward

November 10, 2011 Hot Liquid 2

Doesn’t need to be a 70-80pt forward, but someone who’s a decent point producer. Let me know if anyone from your team is available and what you would be interested in taking back as a return. All my picks are in play as well.

john carlson – looking for an elite d-man contributing now – carlson is cheap, offensive as hell and is the future of the washington powerplay – i don’t care how expensive, but i want 50+ david backes – looking for keepable top six forward, doesn’t matter pricewise, and given backes is cheap and a 60+ forward, he can make a nice addition to any team teemu selanne – as i’ve indicated before sergei gonchar – as i’ve indicated before al montoya – looking for mid range pick or depth player + low pick roman hamrlik – looking for 2012 pick eric staal – looking for 1 keepable forward and one depth forward paul stastny – same as staal p.s. no mexicans, 35+ year olds or 19 million dollar players wanted. especially no mexicans.

Some availables (not for charite)

For all those thinking it, no, I am not tanking. I am tinkering. The following is a bitch list and a list of requireds for each if you wish to make a pitch: Martin St. Louis – perennial 90 pt guy and super consistent about production and games played. I’m looking for a good keeper forward and a depth forward that plays top six minutes, on a normal basis. Normal meaning he’s in the top six nearly permanently and not due to injury to someone better. Teemu Selanne – the flash is not showing his age even at 41, and is on pace for 74 pts at this point. I’ll humor any offer for him but I will not accept waiver wire pick-ups as trade bait. Joffrey Lupul – on pace for 81 pts on Kessel and Connolly’s line, i’m looking for anything from a top six forward and a pick to a depth forward and a decent d-man. Sergei Gonchar – on pace for 57 pts, and producing despite the boos. Can help complement anyone’s lack in defensive depth. Looking for whatever is made available, as long as it’s not waiver-wire material. Cheaper d-men producing at a shorter clip are most welcome. John Carlson – starting slowly in a shutdown role but has gained even more ice-time with Green doing his best impression of Marian Gaborik. Anyone rebuilding young with players like Taylor Hall and RNH should want to complement their roster with this young sophomore who will likely enter stardom soon enough. I’m looking for a d-man that is a producer and that is not helping a tanker’s chances right now. More expensive? No problem. Carlson has had a 37 pt season and is going to be part of the Green-Carlson 1-2 punch for years to come on the Caps’ PP.
