As voted by members of the SFHL on October 4, 2010: 1. Anti-tanking rule: there will be a lottery draft for the final 5 spots in the standings, whereby last place earns 5 entries for the lottery, 2nd last earns 4 entries, 3rd last earns 3 entries, 4th last earns 2 entries and 5th last earns 1 entry in the lottery for the top pick overall. 2. Anti-tanking rule additions: no healthy NHL player may be substituted for a deceased, KHL active or Junior level hockey player. 3. Entry fee has been raised to $40/team 4. Trade vetoes: after 4 vetoes, automatic league-wide vote is mandatory. 5. Penalty clauses: when a manager bids on a player with insufficient funds on hand (effective immediately following the entry draft) – a $20 fine in cash will be paid by the guilty party and all cash is to be removed from the manager’s cash balance, and the GM does not get the player in question. 6. No access granted to “full” teams, notably those with 12 forwards, 6 defense, 2 goalies, to the auction draft. Thank you all, Giulio Iaconi
