With the number one spot and the Swayze trophy firmly in the grasp of Yoshi’s Cookies, the Battle for Second Place has taken on a new twist yesterday as Assman scored an incredible 21 points to take a 4 point lead on Patriots. Also, Goodfellas fell back slightly and are now 3 points back for the coveted Bonbonniere spot as Hot Liquid refuse to let go of the useless wedding parting gift. Looking at the ass of the standings, the Punishers, lead by the forgetable Michael Funk, are making a late charge on third last. Montreal Xtreme currently holds the Cam Fowler consolation prize, but the Punishers only 5 points back.. I mean 5 points ahead. Lastly, in what we all thought was Old No. 7’s final resting place, Ultra Maroons are making a late season charge (retreat?) in order to obtain the last overall spot or as I like to call it, the Taylor Hall G Spot (Pun intended).
