Magnum summer holidays trade market

I’ve been spending most of my time near beaches and pools and usually with a cocktail in hand, but lets talk trade anyway.

Still trying to improve at F and G keepers, the following are out there for discussion:

Logan Thompson – the new #1 in Vegas with Lehner out for the year and Brossoit on LTIR. He impressed with solid stats to finish 2021-22, and has starter pedigree. Projected to make 45-50 starts assuming current situation pans out (yes Vegas can trade for someone, no, they don’t have cap space so it’s more improbable than usual). Early comparables had him as another Ryan Miller.

Vasily Podkolzin – Given his NHL-ready frame (6-4, 203 pounds), combined with his extensive toolkit, there is little doubt toward his ability to step in and contribute among the club’s middle-six. He is highly adaptable and can take care of business on both special team units, offering a nice platter of categories for owners to feast on. While he is most often praised for his
strong 200-foot game, he is no slouch in the offensive department. He displays terrific vision and an uncanny drive with the puck. Early comparables at him as a poor man’s Mark Stone.

also available for a pick:
Nicklas Backstrom – Capitals legend who will be out for a bit but always produces at 0.9-1PPG
Alex Formenton – dynamic and speedy Sens prospect who will feature in the middle six on an up and coming team with upside.
Mathieu Joseph – late addition to the Sens last year and was very strong finishing the season with them (a top 9 fwd)
Casey Mittelstadt – will likely be featured in a top 6 role with an improving Sabres forward corps that’s been rejuvenated following Eichel’s departure
Kasperi Kapanen – should be paired with Gino Malkin. That’s the sentence.

available in package deals with any of the above for an upgrade:
Jordan Binnington – requires a goalie back
Mark Scheifele
Jack Roslovic
Tage Thompson
Jonathan Marchessault
Oliver Bjorkstrand
Brandon Hagel
Oliver Kylington
Jacob Trouba
Damon Severson
Mikhail Sergachev
